Beau Monde

Although we can't be sure of its original origin or how beau monde seasoning got its name, surely its flavor is as tasty and bold as the concept conveyed by that name: "beautiful world" or, less literally, "beautiful people." This seasoning is a simple mixture of some easy-to-find spices and goes well on pretty much everything you put it on, from burgers to soups. This is also known as the "secret ingredient" for a lot of people's family recipes - especially in dips.

This unique blend was brought to my attention by one of our customers at the farmers market in Wisconsin. Until then I never even heard of this spice as I am sure you have not either. Take a spin and give it a whirl while remaining beautiful the whole time. :)
