What are Encrustables? How do you use this?
Encrustables are our version of the popular Shake N Bake stye of coating used in baking or deep frying. What makes us different is we do not have all the extra ingredients that companies use! No salt, No additives, and Gluten Free! Thats right you read that right. Our Encrustable blends are all Gluten Free!
How to use them? Depending on which way you prefer you could dredge in egg wash (white of 1 egg, mixed with water), plain water, or an oil of your choice. Coat the item you are crusting first then dip into the encrustable mix and coat well. Bake or deep fry until cooked thoroughly.

This blend is made with Chickpea (Garbanzo Bean) Flour and our special savory spice blend that is free from onion, garlic and nightshades!
